If you haven't noticed, I am a staunch Conservative. It's always nice to see a good turnout for an election. The results for the GOP look good. We picked some good candidates, although it appears that some folks didn't do their homework before hand and some races were very close. That's what the process is all about. The Democrats also picked some good candidates, which we Conservatives hope to defeat in November.
It's good to see a lot of interest, which reflects well on the populace of this region. Conservatives and Democrats, let's be even more diligent for the November election and elect a new president for this country. This one has done so much damage to this nation that it will take a long time to recover. If he gets another term, we may never recover.
What's wrong with this president? We'll, what's right about him? He is against everything the founding fathers established to keep us strong for all these years. We need to get back to God, through repentance for our nation and turning from the rampant evil that pervades this nation. Abortion, aberrant life-styles, drugs of all kinds, alcohol, immorality of all kinds, and the list goes on. This president seems to approve of all this. He is pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, pro-tax increases, forcing Obama Care on us, will not show his credentials, which disqualify him to serve as president. I don't understand how he got there to start with. Could it be that God put him there because we deserve what we are getting for the way America has gone down to the pit?
There are very few clean programs on TV. There are very few decent movies. Even some of the radio talk shows have too much foolish talk and suggestive language. I'm not against having clean fun, but it has gone too far away from "clean."
The Christian stations are much better, but where do you find a factual straight-forward, honest news broadcast? Everything has its own agenda. Where has decency and honesty gone?
God cannot continue to bless a nation that has taken prayer out of school, banned the Bible from the classrooms, banned military chaplains from praying in the name of Jesus (the one who came to the earth to save us all from our sins), removed the Ten Commandments from public view, endorsed all kinds of evil and deception, and now call good bad and bad good.
Pray for this nation to get back to a pure relationship with God and
to seek Him for deliverance from the evil around us and often, in us. Confess our sins of complacency and tolerance called for in so called "political correctness."
Correctness comes from the Bible, not from politics. God, forgive us for turning away from You.
